Erin Kizer, COO and Meredith Maiken, Director of Real Estate Initiatives for Industrial Commons, will give an overview of the Industrial Commons and highlight specifically the Land for the Commons program, which is working on redeveloping the Old Drexel Heritage plants 3 & 5 into the Innovation Campus, a hub for the emerging circular textile industry. In addition to their commercial projects, they are initiating development of a 10 acre parcel into workforce housing. .
