Museum Closed Saturday April 18, 2026

The Museum will be closed on Saturday April 18, 2026 so friends and colleagues can attend the funeral of our Chairman of the Board, Waits Gordon. He is already missed.

The Morganton Railroad Depot Museum is open on Saturdays from 1 PM to 3 PM.

Other times are available by appointment.

Admission to the museum and railroad depot is free.

Donate to the History Museum

All store sales are final. Donations that are duplicated or made for incorrect amounts will be refunded when necessary.
